This is a nice and authentic matched pair with some signs of age and use, most likely dating from the 70's or 80's.

Chi wara (also Chiwara, Ci Wara, or Tyi Wara) are ritual objects representing an antelope and used by the Bamana ethnic group in Mali. They
are danced in pairs, male and female, worn on top of the head in dances and rituals associated primarily with agriculture.
